How many licensed trades Colorado actually has, which trades they work in, and where they are. Straight from the state board, updated every night.
Colorado carries 64,952 skilled-trades licenses on its state register as of October 6, 2026, 1,105.1 per 100,000 residents.
Counts are license records, not people: a holder with more than one license appears once per license, and a contractor license is a business, not a worker.
A free report on your market: what the trade pays, how that compares with nearby counties, and where your credential sits against the local licensed workforce. No account needed.
The twelve places with the most licensed trades in Colorado. Location is the address on the register, usually the business or mailing address, so counts cluster on registration addresses rather than job sites.
