Where businesses can start
Renewable-energy developers. Review Oracle's RFP announcement for eligibility and selection criteria, then confirm the submission instructions and response date with Oracle. The published 2027 to 2031 window refers to energy delivery, not to a bid deadline.
Local contractors and suppliers. Project Jupiter's vendor interest form accepts introductions from businesses in the Doña Ana County area. It asks for services offered, team size, years in business and contact details. The website is funded by Oracle and STACK.
In the services field, name the work your company performs, relevant experience and when your team could start. This is a business introduction, separate from the renewable-energy RFP, and submitting the form does not confer approved-vendor status.
